Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted when requested before the item has been dispatched.

Returns

Please note returns are only possible on certain items due to hygiene reasons. Products such as earrings will not qualify for a return. The item must be in the same unused and new condition that it was sent. The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging fees.

For best results see what applies to your type of product below:

• Patinated pendants made of copper or brass do not require any special cleaning procedures.

• Raw brass chains can be cleaned with products that are always available at home. Pour a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of vinegar with a small amount of hot water. Rub the solution gently into the surface to be cleaned. Then we wash the item in hot water with soap or dishwashing liquid and polish it.

• Silver-plated jewelery: Mix a mild liquid soap and warm water in a bowl to create a foamy solution. Place the jewelery in the water and leave for several minutes. - Take the jewelery out of the water and use a soft cloth to rub the items, taking care to wipe all surface areas.
I admit that I also use whitening toothpaste. I rub it in, for example, on a chain and leave it for 20 minutes, then wash it in warm water with the addition of liquid and dry it.

• Sterling silver jewelery: Prepare a solution consisting of 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 liter of hot water.
Immerse a silver chain or other piece of jewelry in the solution and wait 15 minutes.
Rinse the jewelry under running water and wipe with a soft cloth.
